Warm Up:   Row 250m, 15 Squats, 15 Push Ups, 15 Pull Ups

Strength:   Power Clean - 70%  2 x 5
                  Push Jerk - 60% (of split jerk)  2 x 5

WOD:   21-15-9
             Back Squat 135/95 (cleaned from the floor)
             HSPU  

Cool Down:   Roll out quads and lats
