Dynamic Stretching, Sampson Stretch, 

2x8 back ext, sit ups, pull ups, push ups

butt kickers, high knees

Skill: 

Work on Goal for 15 minutes

WOD:

3 RFT 

15 Dumbbell over the box burpees (25/45) (step up over the box)

15 Deadlifts (155/200)

Cool Down:

Roll out Hamstrings, 10 tuck to straddle, roll out back, shoulder stretch of your choice
