Warm Up:  2X10 Squats, Push-Ups, Sit-Ups, Pull-Ups and Dips.  Spend LOTS of time doing mobility and warming up your clean.  Mobility areas:  Calves, IT band, Hips, Thoracic, Shoulders.  DO IT ALL

Strength:   1RM Clean

WOD:   AMRAP in 5 Mins 
              Suicides 
              30 Push Press 45/35

Cool Down:  Roll out IT Band, quads, adductor, calves and hamis
