                   Dislocates, Distraction, 30 sec goblet squat and unbanded hip mobility

Strength:   Front Squat 5 reps @75%, 3 reps @85%, 1 rep @95% (last round is 1+)

Skill:   Nose and Toes Handstand Shoulder Touches 30 reps

WOD:   1 Min ME Wall Ball 20/14
              1 Min ME Push Press 45/35
              1 Min ME Pull Ups
              1 Min Rest
              1 Min ME Burpees
              1 Min ME Jumping Lunges
              1 Min ME KBS 44/35
              1 Min Rest
