Warm Up:  2x10 Pull-ups, Push Ups, Sit-Ups, Back Extensions, Squats and dips.  Deep Lunge Hip mobility

Strength:   Back Squat 1RM 

WOD:   20ft DB walking Lunge 25/45
             15 DB Push Press 25/45
             10 V-Ups
             X4

Cool Down:  Roll out quads with a barbell, banded distraction and elbow in band stretch
