Warm Up:   10 Pull Ups, Push Ups, Squats (air squats with hands behind head)
                    Then High Knees and Butt Kickers 
                    Shoulder mob with ball on bar or on PVC, Roll Out Calves, Ankle Mob and Dislocates

Strength:   Press 3X5 @75%, 80%, 85%  (last round is 5+)

Skill:   Work for 10 Mins on  (make sure the crown of your head is on the ground, not your forehead)
            Beginner
:  Headstand  
            Intermediate:   Straddle Up to Headstand  or Tuck Up to Headstand  
            Advanced
:   Tripod Pike Up to Headstand

WOD:   Happy Birthday Nancy (Belated)
              Nancy with a Nancy Twist
              400 Meter Run
              46 Double Unders (cause she rocks at them)
              15 OHS 95/65
