Slight revision to today's WOD.  Our lovely friend Keleigh had a birthday yesterday and tried to get away with not telling me until after she completed the WOD..... so.....

Warm Up:   3 Rounds of 15 Squats, 15 Dips, 15 Back Ext, High Knees, Butt Kickers, Ankle Mob, Leg on box
                   Hip mobility, Shoulder Mob

Strength:   4X10 Bent over row (Increasing weight each set)
                  3X12 Good Mornings (Increasing weight each set)

Skill:   100 Hollow Rocks

WOD:   5 Heavy Cleans (85-90% 1RM)

              23 Butterfly Pull-Ups (Cause she rocks at them)

              19 Tire Flips

              81 Double Unders

              31 Box Jumps 24/30 For where she was 

              32 HSPU For where she is

              33 Wall Balls 16/20 For where she's going
