Warm Up:   2 X15 Squats, Push Ups, Pull-Ups, Sit Ups and Back Ext
                    Flossing Hami, Ankle Mob, Shoulder mob with ball and 45 sec hold on distraction
                    Burgener Warm-Up and warm up for OHSQ. Review on how to lower bar to back safely

Strength:   Deadlift 3X5 @ 70%, 75%, 80%

Skill:   100 Double Unders for time 5 Min time Cap

WOD:   Run 800 Meters (only performed once)
                    Then
              10  OHS  115/95
              10  Front Rack Lunges (each leg counts one rep)  115/95
              10  Cleans 115/95
              X3
*Only 1 bar is permitted and racks are not allowed.  For the OHSQ you must get the bar from the ground to OH any style you prefer.
