Warm Up:   3X10 Squats, Push Press, GHD Sit ups and back ext.  Junk Yard Dogs

Strength:   Burgener Warm Up
                  Snatch - 60%x3, 65%x3, 70%x2, 75%x2, 80%x2x3
                  Back Squat - 70%x3, 75%x3, 80% x 3 x 3

WOD:   Backwards in the Sand
              All movements are done with a Sandbag
              30ft Backwards Bear (dragging sand bag)
              200m Backwards Run 
              60ft Backwards walking Lunge

Cool Down:   Roll out glutes, hamis, quads and IT band
