                 Clean & Jerk - 60%x3+1, 65%x3+1, 70%x2+1, 75%x2+1x4

WOD:   Pushin' Up Dead Sally
              
Deadlifts to Sally – Must “Bring Sally Down” Cannot let go of the bar at the bottom
              2 min rest
              Pushups to Sally
*Score is # missed

Cool Down:   Rollout Hamis and using band or wall stretch out Pecs
