Monday February 10

Warm Up:   10 Squats, High Knees, Butt Kickers, 50 Double Unders, Arm Swings.  Warm up for the jerk.  Work on fast feet with a tight core 

Strength:   1RM Jerk 

WOD:   Alternating every minute for 20 mins
              3 Cleans @225/135 (even)
              10 CTB Pull Ups (odd)

Cool Down:  Roll out back and quads.  Do banded distraction
