                    3X5 Strict Pull-Ups
                    Deep Lunge Banded Hip Mobility
                    Shoulder Mobility and any mobility to aide in your lift

Strength:   Perform any 1RM from the Press, Back Squat, Deadlift or Front Squat that did not get completed last week.

Skill:   Skipped

WOD:
3 rounds of 100% ME Handstand push ups
3 rounds of 100% ME Wall Ball
3 rounds of 100% ME Pull Ups
*30 Sec rest in between each ME attempt
