This week we will be doing some of the WODS from CrossFit main site.  They look fun :) 

Warm Up:   Dynamic Stretching, Duck Walk, 2x15 Sit Ups and Back Extensions, 400m Run.  Flossing Hami stretch

Strength: Establish Deadlift 1RM 

WOD:  Row 15 calories
            10 burpees
            x3 

Cool Down:   Roll out Hamis, Quads and do shoulder mobility
