WHAT ARE YOU EATING TODAY?

Warm Up:  Row 500m, 15 wall squats, Dynamic Stretching, Shoulder Mobility and Thoracic Mobility 

Strength:   Burgener Warm Up
                  Clean & Jerk - 75%x1+1, 80%x1+1, 85%x1+1
                  Clean Pull - 90% (of cln) x2, 95%x2x2

WOD:   EMOTM for 20 Minutes:

Odd Minute: 2 Hang Squat Snatches
Even Minute: 1 Power Snatch + 2 Overhead Squats
*If your form is turrible then you will do:
Odd Minute: 2 Front Squats 
Even Minute: 2 Power Cleans + 2 Push Jerks 
*Only one bar can be used

Cool Down: Roll out IT band Quads, Back.  Then do banded distraction and elbow in band stretch pec and lat
