WOD:   400m Row OR 400m Run
             50 Double Unders (100 singles)
             3 Rope Climbs OR 10 pull ups
             X5

**Modify as necessary to complete at or under 4 min mark

Cool Down:   Roll out quads and ankles with a bar bell, distraction and shoulder mobility
