This week we are trying something new out.  I all you you evening peeps get plenty of time to work on skills and strength, but the am'ers are always rushed and running late :) (which we are also trying to work on).  So all this week the WOD's will not be longer than 12 mins giving the dedicated am'ers plenty of time to learn and advance.   

Warm Up:   Row 250, 50 Double unders, Shoulder and Hip Mobility, Burgener Warm up

Strength:   3-Position Snatch (floor, below knee, above knee) - 60%, 65%, 70% x 4 sets  (all are 4 sets)

WOD:   12 min AMRAP 
              4 minutes of clean and jerks 135/95
              4 minutes of rowing
              4 minutes of burpees

* Score is the sum of clean and jerk reps, calories and burpees

Cool Down:   Roll out quads and IT band, Couch Stretch, Banded distraction
