FALLEN BUT NOT FORGOTTEN

Every year over Memorial Day we take time out of our days to honor our Fallen Heroes by performing a workout in their name.  Some only view it as an extended weekend to vacation, others visit graves or memorials, we honor them through our hard work.  Through these workouts we honor their fight, their perseverance, their struggle and all that they gave up for us.   While you WOD today keep these heroes stories in your minds and hearts as you grieve your fallen hero one rep at a time.  

We are open from 9am-12pm today to do Murph and Collin.

      1 Mile run 
              100 Pull-Ups
              200 Push Ups
              300 Squats
              1 Mile Run 

*As always there will be modifications available for Murph.
