**Our lifting program is coming to an end in about two weeks.  There are a few days that have a lot of lifting.  The coaches will need your help moving as efficiently as possible in getting these movements done.   When the program requires you to find your "heavy" lift do not max out.  

Warm Up:   Row 500m, Dynamic Stretching, Junk Yard Dog, Deep Lunge Hip Mobility with flossing

Strength:  Burgener Warm Up 
                 Snatch 60%x2, 70%x2, 75%x2, 80%x1, 85%x1, 90%x1, heavy single
*No more than 15 mins spent on this 

WOD:   21-15-9
              Burpees 
              Dips

Cool Down:   Banded Distraction, elbow in band stretch
