Today will be the last day of lifts.  There will not be any skills or strengths after today.  The remainder of the week we will WOD and spend more time on mobility.  

Warm Up:   3 rounds of Cindy (5 Pull up, 10 Push ups, 15 squats), Dislocates, arm swings, 20 boxer shuffle

Strength:   15 Mins to Est.  1RM Strict Press

WOD:   10 OHSQ 135/95
              50 Double-unders
              X3

Cool Down:   Banded distraction, double lacrosse ball on back (add weight to chest if possible), roll out claves
