Warm Up:   Dynamic Stretching, Tuck to Split, 50 Double unders, Arm swings, 2X15 Squats and Sit-Ups
                    Roll out Quads and deep lunge hip mobility

Strength:   Clean & Jerk (fast feet, squat drops and Bergener warm up)
                  1X3 @ 80%
                  1X3 @ 85%
                  1X1+ @ 90%

WOD:   50 Burpees
              20 Front Squats (@80% 1RM)
              50 Pull Ups

Cool Down:  Banded Hip flexor stretch, Distraction and roll out quads
