                    3X5 Strict Pull-ups and arm swings
                    Burgener Warm Up w/snatch grip focusing on PS

Strength:   Skipped to allow time to WOD

Skill: 15 minutes to establish max height box jump

WOD:

Death By Power Snatch 95/65# and Pull Ups

On the first minute: (1 P.Snatch and 1 Pull Ups)

On the second minute: (2 P. Snatch and 2 Pull Ups)

Go as far as you can until the clock catches you.
