Warm Up:   Dynamic Stretching, Swing Kicks, 10 Squats, High Knees, Butt Kickers, Deep Lunge Hip Mobility

WOD:   2 Person Teams
              50 Tire Flips. Team members continuously alternate performing 15 box jumps
              100 Kettlebell Swings. Team members continuously alternate performing 25 Push Ups
              100 Wall Balls.  Team members continuously alternate performing 200M runs
              50 OH Walking Lunges.  Team members continuously alternate performing 15 Dips
              Plank.  While each partner performs 10 pistols.  Both members must perform the plank.
              * Every time the plank is broken both members must perform 50 flutter kicks after the completion of the
              plank
