Warm Up: Dynamic Stretch, 300m Row, 2x10 Squat, Sit-up, Back Ext, Push-up, Roll Out Back and Lats
Stregth/Skill: Not Today
WOD: Three Person Teams: 20-30 min AMRAP
30 ft Bear Crawl to a sandbag (45/25) then drag the sandbag back while bear crawling backwards. Once the member is back at the beginning they will then place the sandbag on their shoulders and in a walking lunge make their way back to the other end. Once completed the member will start Burning Man Burpees while the next teammate starts the Bear Crawl and sandbag relay. When the second team member finishes the relay he/she will pick up where the first member is at on the burpees and the first person will move to the rest station and the third starts the relay. There will be a running count on the Burning Man Burpee station which will count as the team score.
