Break into 3 groups within your team
Complete 150 reps of each
Team 1: Sit-ups/Dip Hold
Team 2: Wall Balls/Handstand Hold
Team 3: HR Push-Ups/Farmers Carry Hold 44/53
Buy Out of 500 Double Unders or 30 Muscle Ups *Only one team member can work at a time
* Each station must be completed by all members
**1 Athlete performs the reps and the other holds. When the person holding drops then team members switch
