Warm Up:  10 air squats, 10 sit ups, 10 back extensions, 50 double unders, swing kicks, hip mobility

Skill:  Kipping HSPU 3X5

Strength:   15 mins to establish 1RM BS or 5X5 @80%

WOD:   2 Person Teams
             40 Partner over the bar wall ball thrusters (if ball drops team does 5 burpess)
             1 person runs 400m w/ sandbag while partner does burpees
             40 jumping pull-ups while partner sits at the bottom of a squat with a wall ball
