Warm Up:  10 air squats, 30 sec goblet squat, 10 air squats banded hip mobility, 10 air squats, hip flexors

Skill/ Strength:  We are going to call it a rest day for strength and skills... You are welcome :)

WOD:  Partner it up baby
             30 HSPU
             60 Box Jumps
             90 KB Swings
            120  Hand Release Push Ups
            90 Pull-ups
One partner works while other partner works towards completing 200 DB Unders.
