Warm Up: High knees, Butt Kickers, Squats 3X10
Shoulder, Hip and ankle mobility
WOD: Groups of 3
2 people complete 75 Wall Ball while 1 person holds chin over the bar
2 people hold 95# barbell over head while 1 person completes 50 pull ups
1 person completes 75 95# back squats *bar cannot touch the group. Team must hold bar in air while
working partner is resting. May switch out partners.
1 mile sandbag run.
Time stops when all of the team completes sandbag run.
