PARTNER WOD for time (2 person teams....someone you haven't partnered with before)

Each Person run 2-200 meters (Relay style, one rests while the other goes)

50 Partner Deadlifts (275/185)

Accumulate 60 T2B (T2B can only be performed while your partner holds a handstand)

80 Partner Jump Overs (one partner holds a plank while other partner jumps over)

100 Feet Partner Wheel Barrow-(break it up as needed)

    10 Partner jump Ropes (thats right together, one rop...so wear deodrant)

Each Person Runs 1-200 meters(carrying a 10/14 wall ball.....dropping the ball below eye level or touching head=20 burpees per drop.....relay style)
