Warm Up:  Dynamic Stretching, 2x15 Squats, Push-ups, Pull-ups, Sit-ups, Back ext, Roll Out Quads and Hams, KB                         Around the World x5 Each Direction.

WOD:  Five person Families 30min AMTAP 
            
             Turkey Get Ups
             Easy-as-Pie Pistols
             Blueberry Cobbler Burpees
             400m Turkey Trot

*The runner rotates the Family through each station.  Each station will have a running tally that will be totaled at the end.
