Warm Up:  Roll Out Quads and Hami, Ankle and Shoulder Mobility with Ball, 2X10 Box Jumps, Sit-Ups, Lunges (ea leg), and Anything Else That Needs It.

Strength/ Skill: Skipped for Your Pleasure

WOD:  100 Meter Run
     50 Burpees
             200 Meter Run
             100 Push Presses
             300 Meter Run
             150 KBS
             400 Meter Run
             200 V-Ups
             300 Meter Run
             150 Back Extensions
             200 Meter Run
             100 HPC
             100 Meter Run
             50 Broad Jumps

2 Person Teams.  One member runs while the other performs the workout.  Once the runner returns he or she switches and picks up where the other leaves off.  Partners do not move on until the runner returns even if the movement is completed.
