Warm Up:  Hip Mobility with Band, Deep Lunge, Roll Out Quads, Dislocates, Shoulder Mobility with Ball                             2X10 Squat, Push-up, Pull-up, Stretch What Hurts.

Strength/ Skill:  Skipped today

WOD:  "Raising the Bar"

2-3 Person teams. One person starts the lift while the other runs 400 meters. Upon return the runner will then               switch with the lifter and pick up where that member left off. In the case of a 3 person team there will be three               stations (runner/lifter/rest) and the runner sets the rotation.

    To be performed while one person runs 400 meters/ one rests
    50 Snatches 95/65

*Bar cannot touch the ground during the movement or suffer the burpee.
