Skill:   3X5 False Grip Pull-Ups and then work on your goal

WOD:  “Don’t Poke the Bear”
      3-6-9-12  95/65 FB 135/95
      Power Clean
      Front Squat
      Push Press
      Back Squat

Cool Down:  Roll out back and quads, Banded distraction
