Warm Up:   3X10 Push-Ups, Sit-Ups, Back Ext
                   Shoulder Mob, 3 Rounds of 30 Sec Wall Squat, 10 Air Squats, 30 Sec Gob Squat            

Strength:   Spend 15 Minutes on a Hang Pwr Snatch solely on technique working towards a heavy single (Not a 1RM)

Skill:   3X5 Strict MU (assist with bands if needed) or Muscle Up progression

WOD:   10 Min AMRAP
              10 GHD Sit-Ups
              10 Burpees
              10 Pistols (5 ea. leg)
