Warm Up:   Dynamic Stretching, Scorpion, Tuck to Straddle, 25 Double Unders, High Knees and Butt Kickers
                   Deep Lunge Hip Mob, Dislocates and Burgener Warm Up

Skill:   Spend 10 Mins working on your goal.  Or 3X10 Nose and Toes shoulder touches

WOD:     10 Pistols (alternating)
               1 Rope Climb (if you cannot climb the rope perform 5 Pull-ups)
               10 Hang Power Snatch 95/65
               X4

Cool Down:   Roll out lats, Back and Quads.  Hip stretch with leg on box and distraction
