Warm Up:   Dynamic stretching, Scorpion, 10 good mornings, Hami flossing stretch, shoulder mob with ball 

Skill:   Backbend holds or walk overs 5X15sec or 5-10 walk overs

WOD:   20-15-10-5
              T2B 
              Deadlift 225/155
              *After completing each round perform 10 burpees.  You do not have to do burpees after you complete                   the 5 reps
              *15 min cap 

Cool Down:   Roll out back, hamis and quads.  Banded distraction and pull bands across and behind body
