Warm Up:   Row 250m, 10 Push Ups, 250m Row, 15 Squats, 25 Double Unders, Deep Lunge Hip Mobility, Roll out IT bands, Shoulder Mobility with ball 

Skill:   3X8-10 Strict Pull Ups

WOD:   7 Min AMRAP
              5 Box Jump
              10 Thrusters 95/65

Cool Down:  Roll out quads and calves.  Do any mobility that you need.
