Warm Up:  Row 250m, Inch worm, Churilla Crawl and Scorpion
Go over how to lower bar to your back without breaking your spine

Strength:  Snatch Balance 3X3 @75%   If you cannot safely snatch then perform Snatch Push Press 3X5 @75% Snatch 1RM

              20 Box Jumps 24/20
              25 Ring Push Ups (regular push ups)
              25 Sit Ups
              20 Kettlebell Swings 53/44


Cool Down:  Roll out quads, calves and hamis.  Pec Mobility and ball in VMO (tear drop muscle)
