Warm Up:   Roll out back and lats, arm swings, 4x5 Push Ups and Pull-ups

Skill:  3x5 Skin the Cats 

WOD:  50 Shoulder to overhead for time (135/95)

            Every time you put the bar down off shoulders do 10 barbell rows and 20 sit ups

*There is a  max of 5 drops of the bar. If you drop a 6th time then your score is the number of reps you completed.

Cool Down:   Banded Distraction and elbow in band stretch
