Skill:  Work on your Goal

WOD:   Run 400 Meters
              21 Goblet Squats (Holding KettleBell in Front of Body) (70/53)
              12 Handstand Pushups
              X3

Cool Down:   Roll out quads, IT Band, Elbow in band stretch
