What we all look like when we go to walk after a leg dominate WOD

Warm Up:  2X10 Squats, Sit-ups, Back Ext, Push ups and dips, 25 Boxer shuffle, Ankle Distraction, Thoracic and Shoulder Mobility (for OHSQ) 

Skill:  Work on your goal.  

WOD:  In 2 minute intervals perform the following
            Minute 1:  As many double unders as possible 
            Minute 2:  Complete as many OHSQ 95/65 as possible (or Front squat 135/95 if your form is turrible) 
            Minute 1:  As many double unders as possible
            Minute 2:  Complete as many burpees as possible 
            Minute 1:  As many double unders as possible 
            Minute 2:  Complete as many push ups as possible

*Score is the sum of the lowest double under score, OHSQ, burpees and pushups. 

Cool Down:  Roll out calves, lats, back, banded distraction and shoulder mob with ball
