Warm Up:   15 Jumping Squats and Jumping Jacks, Inch worm, Duck Walk, Row 250.  Then Roll out you back and do the deep lunge hip mobility

Skill:  Work on goal and then back bends.   If you can descend from standing, do that, then add kick overs.  

WOD:   Balls to the Wall

             12 min AMRAP
             25 Wall Balls
             25 Wall Ball Sit-ups 
             50 DU  (100 Singles) 

Cool Down:   Roll out calves, quads, IT band, lats and Stretch out your abs
