Warm Up:   3x10 Squats, Push-ups, Pull-Ups, Sit-Ups, Back Ext, Double Unders, Good Mornings.   Deep lunge hip mobility and shoulder mobility

Skill:  Work on your goal

WOD:   15 Min AMRAP
              20 KettleBell Swings 44/35
              15 Box Jumps 24/20
              10 Wall Ball 20/14  

Cool Down:   Roll out legs, hamis and calves.  Elbow in band and stretch pecs and lats.
