Warm Up:   Arm Swings, 5 kettlebell around the worlds, 15 (each hand) one handed kettlebell swings, 25 Double Unders, Shoulder Mobility, Roll out quads if you did 9/11's WOD

Strength:   1RM Weighted Strict pull up.  If you are still on the bands perform 3X5-10 on a lighter band than normal

Skill:   Spend 10-15mins working on your goal.  If you do not have a goal work on a one handed handstand.

WOD:   7 Min AMRAP
              7 Pull Ups
              7 Ring Dips
              7 HSPU
