Strength:  Burgener Warm Up
                 Clean and Jerk 60% x 2+1, 65% x 2+1 x 2, 70% x 2+1 x 3

WOD:  For Time:

    800m Run
    100 Push Ups
    10 Power Snatches 115/85

Cool Down:  Roll out Quads and Hams, Banded Shoulder Mob (across chest and back)
