                   3 Rounds of 30 Sec Wall Squat, 10 Air Squats, 30 Sec Gob Squat.                    

Strength:   Weighted Box Step-Ups (trailing leg cannot touch box until hip comes to full extension)
                  3X12 Good Mornings
                  30 OHSQ for time :) (5 Min time Cap)

Skill:   Iron Cross Holds 8X10sec (progressively working further into the cross)

WOD:   15 Min AMRAP
              25 Double Unders
              10 Wall Ball
