Strength:  Push Jerk 60% (of split jerk) X3, 65%X3, 70%X3, 3RM
                 

WOD:   3-6-9-12-15-18-21
              Thrusters 95/65
              Burpees 

Cool Down:   Roll out back, lats and quads
