Warm Up:   Dynamic Stretching, 15 Wall balls and Push Press (light ball/bar), row 250.  Then do thoracic mobility with double ball and shoulder mobility.  

Strength:   Clean & Jerk - 60%x3+1, 65%x3+1, 70%x2+1, 75%x2+1x4

WOD:   I Think I “Pood” Myself
             5 Man Makers
            10 (single arm) KB Snatches
            15 KB OHSQ
            X3

Cool Down:   Roll out back, lats and quads
