Warm Up:   5 rotations each direction of KB around the worlds, 5 each arm one handed KB swing (Russian standard) Dynamic Stretching (including inch worms), Dislocates, Roll out back and if quads are sore from yesterday then roll out quads

Strength:   Perform 1 - 2 position clean and 1 jerk every 45 sec for 4 rounds

Skill:   Skipped to allow time to WOD

WOD:   30 Handstand push-ups
              40 Pull-ups
              50 Kettlebell swings 53/44
              60 Sit-ups
              70 Burpees
