Warm Up:   Dynamic Stretching, Arm Swings, 2X10 Squats, High Knees and Butt Kickers, Deep lunge hip mobility

Skill:   3X5 Skin the cats 

WOD:   Tabata 20/10
             Bottom to Bottom Squats 
             Push Up
             Back Ext 
             Jumping Lunges 

Cool Down:   Ab Stretch, pec mobility (on wall or ball) and roll out back and IT band
