Skill:  Work for 15 mins on your goal or practice burgener warm up for snatch or clean

40 Push Ups
30 Pull-Ups 
20 Dips 
10 HSPU  

Cool Down:   Banded distraction, Pull band across and behind body, roll out lats and triceps
